We have one double bedroom to let with an ensuite wet room that is available for the 2023/24 academic year.

The room is within a stunning 4 bed apartments located on the doorstep of the University of Central Lancashire, City Centre of Preston, local shops, eateries, pubs and cafes.  It has the luxury of underfloor heating throughout and spacious bedrooms that have ensuite wet rooms.

IN ROOM FACILITIES:  Double Bed,  double  mirrored wardrobe with internal drawers, bedside table, bookshelf,  bin,  a study desk and chair, internet and TV ports.  The ensuite wet rooms have walk in showers, W/C, wash basin and a mirror.
